Esther Benzie

Esther has decades of client experience in the Banking, CPG and Not-for-Profit industries driving business growth across some of Canada's biggest brands. After receiving her MBA from Ivey Business School, Esther held a variety of leadership roles over two decades at Proctor & Gamble. In 2018, Esther joined CIBC to relaunch the CIBC Brand globally. She then spent 6 months advising the Association of Canadian Advertisers as acting President and CEO before joining Listenmore, a marketing consulting firm specializing in agency search management and marketing organization transformation. 

Esther has worked across all aspects of Marketing and Brand Management. She has experience in leading agency searches, transforming marketing organizations, running internal creative and media groups, and building new marketing capabilities. She is known for asking great questions to help untangle tough challenges, and for her passion in coaching marketers to deliver better marketing.
