Driven to never settle with a passion for work that transforms agencies and brands, Jess has been solving business problems through creative innovation for two decades. Over her career, she's picked up hardware from virtually every award show and her work for brands like No Frills, Coca-Cola, BMO, Koodo, Cadbury and Budweiser have been featured in Wired, Contagious, Fast Company and yes, even on the Late Show with Jimmy Fallon.

A true channel agnostic creative, there isn't a medium she hasn't attempted to master and has held leadership roles at some of Canada's most revered and divergent agencies. From experiential powerhouse Mosaic, where she led the agency to an 80+ point jump on the Creative Report Card and its first ever Agency of the Year nomination, to the unignorable idea and craft mastery of john st., to the data-led creativity of Performance Art, her skillset is as broad-reaching as the shoulder pads she wears. 

As the Executive Creative Director of Saje Natural Wellness, she's now on a mission to redefine the wellness category through a modern, visceral, and remedial transformation of the brand, its products, packaging, experience design and continued go-to-market expansion.
